Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) ne Office Attendant (Karyalay Parichari/Parichari Vishesh) posts ke liye ek bada recruitment notification (Advt. No. 06/25) jaari kiya hai. Yeh bharti 4388 se zyada vacancies ke liye ho rahi hai. Agar aapne Matriculation (10th) pass kiya hai aur Bihar mein sarkari naukri chahte hain, toh yeh aapke liye ek sunhara mauka hai. Iski taiyari ke liye ek focused aur vyavasthit (structured) plan ki zarurat hai.
1. Zaruri Patrata aur Dates (Eligibility and Important Dates)
Taiyari shuru karne se pehle, aap apni patrata (eligibility) zarur confirm kar lein:

2. Selection Process (Chayan Prakriya)
BSSC Office Attendant ka selection process kafi seedha hai, jismein in do mukhya stages ko qualify karna hoga:
- Written Examination (Likhit Pariksha): Yeh Single Stage objective type test hoga. Final merit list isi test ke marks par aadharit hogi.
- Document Verification (Abhilekh Satyaapan): Written exam mein safal hone wale candidates ko documents ki jaanch ke liye bulaya jayega.
3. Written Exam Pattern aur Taiyari (Exam Pattern and Preparation)
Written Exam 100 questions ka hoga aur iske liye 2 ghante (120 minutes) ka samay milega. Har sahi jawab ke liye 4 marks milenge aur har galat jawab ke liye 1 mark kaata jayega (Negative Marking).

Taiyari Strategy (Preparation Strategy)
- General Knowledge (40 Questions): Yeh sabse bada section hai. Ismein Current Affairs (especially Bihar se related news), Indian History, Geography, aur General Science par zyada focus karein. Science ke basic sawaal (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) 10th level tak ke puche ja sakte hain.
- General Mathematics (30 Questions): Questions ka level Matriculation (10th) standard ka hoga. Arithmetic ke chapters jaise Percentage, Profit & Loss, Time & Work, Speed & Distance, aur Simple/Compound Interest ki practice achhe se karein.
- General Hindi (30 Questions): Ismein Grammar (Vyakaran), Vocabulary (Shabd Gyan), Synonyms/Antonyms (Vilom/Paryayvachi), aur basic sentence correction se related questions puche jayenge. Daily practice aur Hindi Vyakaran ki basic pustakon ko padhna faydemand hoga.
- Focus on Qualifying Marks: General category ke liye 40% (160 marks) qualifying marks rakhe gaye hain. Lekin, final selection ke liye aapko isse kaafi zyada score karna hoga. Apna target score hamesha qualifying marks se 20-30% zyada rakhein.
- Mock Tests: Official notification se syllabus confirm karke time-bound mock tests dein. Isse aapki speed aur accuracy dono badhegi.
4. Important Notes
- Domicile (Niwas Pramaan Patra): Reservation aur age relaxation ka benefit lene ke liye Bihar ka niwasi (Domicile) hona zaruri hai aur aapke paas valid certificate hona chahiye.
- Documents: Apply karte samay sabhi documents (10th Marksheet, Caste Certificate, Domicile, etc.) upload karne ke liye taiyar rakhein aur Official Notification ko dhyan se padhein.
