Guide for Instructors to Upload Quiz on Sikhkshan

Hi welcome to the guide about How Instructors can Upload Quiz on Sikhkshan.

As a new instructor, you might face the issue of how to upload quizzes at once in bulk.

Don’t worry! Sikhkshan is there to help you.

Step 1:

Open GOOGLE PLAY STORE on your Phone and type, “GOOGLE SHEETS”

Install the application on your Phone.

Step 2:

Whatsapp us your ‘Instructor Details‘ and ‘Email ID‘ on “9572379064“. we will send you a “Sample MCQ question file” for making quiz sheets. It will help you to upload multiple-choice questions in bulk.

Open the file we’ve sent you in Google Sheets. The file will look like this.

Step 3:

Now you have to do nothing but some copy-paste work.

See the questions and their four options in the second column.

You have to Paste your MCQs in it and the rest will remain the same.

Step 4:

Now write down the MCQs on paper and take a pic of it.

Step 5:

Now open the image with Google Photos. Choose the “LENS” option and copy the text.

OR,

You can also choose the text by clicking the image from “Google Camera”

Step 6:

Clear the sample questions from the “Column B”

Step 7:

Paste Your copied question in “Column B”

Step 8:

You can edit the mistype by selecting the box.

Step 9:

Make sure to align the QUESTION in the QUESTION row, and align all four options with the answer row. Just like this

NOTE: To move the text row you can just touch the blue dot and drag it upward or downward.

Step10:

Now type “1” in front of every correct option, in “Column D”. As you can see in the image.

Step11:

Click on the tick mark on the top left corner, to save the file.

Step12:

You can change the name of the file, to find it easily for uploading.

Step13:

Go to SIKHKSHAN, and log In to your account.

Select MY COURSES.

Step 14:

Select the Course and Chapter you want to add to the MCQs file (you’ve just created).

Click the IMPORT QUIZ button.

Step 15:

Choose the FILE.

Step 16:

Edit the course settings.

Edit the quiz:

• settings
• quiz timing
• advance setting etc.

Click SAVE AND NEXT

Step 17:

Scroll up and Submit the course.

You will get the thank you message.

Now Your quiz is ready for the students. ✌️
